After learning how to fly FPV playing DRL Sim, I was inspired to build my favorite quad from the game. Major kudos to Andy Shen on the original design. This build came out looking and flying much better than I expected it would.
A few notes no the build. The original canopy needed a few changes to work with the hobbywing 4-in1 esc. I also printed a flight stack mount for the VTX and receiver chips. I can post the stl files for those parts here if anyone is interested.
The weight of the quad comes in at 380 grams plus another 222 grams for the battery.
Hi,
How about weight?
I think you can fly with 6S battery!
Anyway looks like very "clean" build canopy is covering all electronic parts! :)
If first build? then very good job!
good luck!

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
