I did not know much about this frame when I bought it, but I picked it up anyways because I liked how the thin arms are stacked and it looked very strong. When it arrived, the frame looked even more impressive. As I expected, the frame is a bit on the heavy side, but it was not too bad. Without any TPU parts it weighed about 135g, but that is after switched all the hardware to titanium. Since the battery pad was already stuck on the top plate, I did not want to destroy it by removing it. I assume that that pad would contribute about 10g to the total 135g weight. Typically, I am not a fan of heavy frames, but I really like the looks and design of this one. Because the frame is so long, it gives you a lot of real estate to mount your electronics and various battery choices.
For a while I was debating if I should stick with the 20x20 stack to keep the weight low or go with a 30x30 stack with a higher amp rating on the esc. But in the end, I went with the lowest weight option and stuck with the Tmotor / Aikon stack.
Dual GoPro
I wanted to test this frame out while carrying two GoPro cameras to see how it performs with all the extra weight. The only changes I made was the props, at first I tried the Gemfan Hurricane 51499 props because I thought I needed the extra thrust, but with those props I ended up with lot of prop wash. Then I switched to Gemfan Hurricane 51477 and that felt a lot better. The AUW with a CNHL 1500mah 6s lipo, GoPro 7 Black (Front) and Gopro 10 with Max Lens Mod (Rear) is about 968g. Since the lipos I used we kind of old, the acutal flight times will vary depends on how hard I flew. I used a newer CHNL 1000mah Lipo and a baseline test to gauge the old packs performance and this is my results. With the 1500mah pack and fast flying, the pack will sag out with about 40% or more power left with about 3 minutes of flight time. Then with the 1000mah pack and the same flight style, I was able to get about the same 3 minutes and with 20% left in the lipo. The percentage of power left is based on the voltage of the lipo at rest. Ideally, I would like to try using a larger Lipo, but I do not have any to try at this time. I do have some 1800mah 6s Lipos, but that are even older than the 1500mah, so I am pretty sure the voltage will sag even more.
Maiden Flight - GoPro shutoff after 14sec so I only have the DVR Footage

Jeez which printer do you use - and filament? Those prints are mint. I really want to do this exact build soon :)
I am using a Sovol SV01 for all my prints. When I do multi color prints, I recommend using Sainsmart filaments. There is a huge selection of color and you do not need to worry about the different print temps if you mix brands. I think this frame has a lot of potential and I hope I can get some cool footage with the dual gopro setup.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

Awesome Build. Is it fly good??
Flys great, but there is always room for improvement, because you can always fine tune the PIDs to your flying style.
