I flew this as an analog PNP a while back. It was always my favorite wing when it wasn't too windy out. I eventually got the DJI FPV system and never really tried a DJI wing until much later.
RCTestFlight's recent video reminded me of how much fun I'd had with this little guy, so I broke it out, did a little modeling work and printed a new hatch with a pan/tilt setup for a Vista. I'd left it in a pile of wings so the vertical stabs were all wonky. I slit the leading edges and inserted some small carbon sticks in there before gluing them shut again. I also cut back behind the top hatch to be able to work on the Radix WPB setup I'd moved as far back as possible. I'm considering switching the nose camera from Hybrid to Tarsier, and whichever cam ends up staying will eventually be gyroflowed after I install an openlager onboard.
Here's the first full flight from my goggle DVR. I've mixed in some nose cam footage at a few points, and added telemetry (logged to my tx) with the help of dashware and Gal Kremer's tool. I found Painless360's videos on dashware pretty helpful, and I plan on further customizing the dashware OSD for my long range videos. There's so much potential for cool telemetry display there!
It was a very relaxing first flight. I've started bringing a chair out to my spot and it's made a world of difference! I can really kick back and cruise now :)
Did you publish the files for the hatch and pan/tilt anywhere? :-) My Nano Goblin has been collecting dust for some time, this looks fun!
