I fly more now, but its over concrete. Lately I've broken alot of parts crashing and wanted to move to something that can hopefully take the abuse as I dont plan on crashing less. I got some cheap motors in the expectation of needing more soon. I tried various configurations of the components in front and back and opted for vtx in front and rx in back mainly because I used my one long mipi cable on a different build :)
using some 20g instead of direct wiring allowe me to snug the capacitor behind the camera.
I superglued a 2led strip under the rx's plastic tray. It diffuses the light well.

I trimmed some plastic, drilled some holes, zip tied the sma connector. I used a heat gun to twist it up slightly and seat itself into the standoffs. mini T is zip tied and bolted on from the bottom. I think I can loose 5-10 grams if I go with a straight ufl connection and a Lollipop and trim some of the power lead.... maybe later.

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
