I needed a powerfull platform for my longrange flights on a budget.

This is why i choose the trustworthy Immersion RC Apex Frame as a base. You can find the clone of the frame under the following link for 30$, make sure you choose the 6" or 7" version: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/4000631138091.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.3b7c5c5fkfRPnF&gatewayAdapt=glo2deu

I made a versatile GoPro Couch mount to get Props out of view on this non deadcat frame. You can use every Micro FPV Camera and GoPro with an 250mm Battery strap on it. Because everything is far away from the Top Plate you can use up to 6s 3300mah batteries on this Setup.

The Rear mount for Crossfire, GPS and an SMA Antenna reaches far back to get more place on the top of the Kwad and allows a good amount of satelites.

I designed and printed those files in PETG and you find them here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5582796

I used an older Iflight Stack (since it's no longer available i reccomend the new SpeedybeeF4 V3 Stack for US$69.99) and some Axxisflying AE2207 1800kv budget motors paired with the HQ K2 Bubble gum 6" props and it flies like a dream.

Flight Times are well over 12min. on an 6s 18650 Pack while maintaining a fast Cruise Speed, if you pair it with any small motors from the size of 2306, 2207 or 2208.
