Luke Unger 5" frame. It's okay. It is always out of stock. It seems he cuts one, sells it, then cuts another one.
It's boxy. But safe!
Plenty of room for even an HDZero Freestyle VTX, though why bother?
I put in an O3 unit, but the T-Motor G4HD FC is trash. You have to flash Alpha to it, it won't take KISS (well, it will, but not an up-to-date version and it's iffy). But on top of all that, the board does not provide ample power for the O3 unit. The current setup has my latency sky-high and communicates under 7mbps! I thought it was the unit so I switched to a brand new unit. Same thing; 7mbps. Weird. I put both O3 units on a different quad with an O3 already on it, just replacing the AU - BINGO! They both work. The only difference is the frame and the FC. I'll assume it is the FC for now.
Whole stack will be Rush Digital - stay tuned. Done, and it actually works. Opposed to the G4HD, which did not work.
If it happens to somehow be the frame, I'll certainly not hold any punches. There is still some latency that isn't there in my other frames, so some more testing is in order. Might be how I have the wiring routed. I'll change it up to see. Hoping it isn't this beast of a frame blocking anything, or shorting anything.
If it isn't obvious: I do NOT recommend the G4HD FC, Alpha is in the name for a reason! Be forewarned, you will be on your own for support on this item. There are some people that are praising it, but they seem like they got lucky and haven't repeated it on other FCs, so I'd not use their advice until they keep setting up these FCs. In other words, their reviews seem dubious as most of them got the FC for free!??!
I'll finish filling in the bits and baubles I left out below, eventually. Nothing special though.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

Rush VTX fixed my issue. Or should I say the issue that Skystars has with their electronics. Well that sucked.
