Flew my OG Mobigital 7 so much it even caught me by surprise. After at least 100 packs, mid flight in the garden just before throttle up for a ordinary flip esc 3 left the chat. Out of the blue!

Had the Betafpv meteor pro 75 (which is a 80mm) frame laying around as well as a spare aio. so a transplant was bound to happen! I was really short on time so took me a week to complete with some days only 5 to 10min to build.

This frame can only accomodate one 1S lipo. I didn't want to print any straps or holders for it so I botched the battery tray with a heat gun and managed to stretch it so it now fits a 2s lipo

Test hover in the mancave went fine. It was a pretty simple build. All cables were cut to length, dump from fried aio, flash internal elrs (3.1) and boom! Checking motor direction and voila.

I ditched the bleutooth module, don't really need it anyway on a small build like this. Nets me practically the same weight as my Mob 7. Don't know what I have to think about the happymodel 1102 10k motors, they look and feel flimsy. Time will tell..

In my Mob7 build I complained about the Aeolus motors but they are still going strong and have been through alot.

I did order another spare stack from jhemcu as I find the avg. 5a rating on the low side for 2s digital build.

What ESC f/w should I flash to Mobigital 7 with 1102 10K motors ?
I used FC/ESC AIO (GOKU GN 405S 20A AIO) with NIN V2 1203PRO 3400Kv motors which I just changed to 1102 10K motors
I can see there is BLHEli_S 16.7 G-H-30 right now

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
