Throwing it back to 2019 and showing the only advantage analog may still have. Forwards is backwards and backwards is forwards all with the flip of a switch.

First tried the concept with an Apex but the spacing was far too tight, the Siren F5 (non-split deck) ended up being one of the perfect frames to not have a split deck and enough space to stack components. Very few flight controllers still have the ability for a dual camera input and a RapidFire module is the only way to get a usable video feed (AKK and TrueD both had significant delays in the goggles).

Ok; That is pretty damn cool man. Very nice. Is there a point to this other than you know, why not? Trying to think of scenarios where this would be useful and all I can come up with is maybe crash recovery (say you crash landing right side up but your front camera fov is blocked by an object, perhaps switching gives you the ability to fly out). Whether there is an intended use or not this is really rad

Backwards tricks mostly, Why fly through a gap backwards and blind when you can see the whole time, then transition to flying forwards seamlessly, the other is for filming where you can now follow a car, switch cameras and all of a sudden have the car following you, all on one camera shot.

wow this is really cool. how are you able to switch between cameras with a switch?

In the Betaflight Modes Tab, there is a function on the FC that switches the camera feed into the vTx. At the same time the radio has a custom mix set so that once the camera switch is triggered, both pitch and roll invert so that you can still fly normally through the back facing camera

This is insanely cool and creative!

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
