Hello everyone!
This is my very first custom build FPV drone. To kick things off, I decided to take an old Geprc Mark 2 that had been lying around for years as my base. The 5 inch Mark 2 with its 4S stack wasn't quite as enjoyable as I'd hoped. So I made the switch to a 6-inch frame with biblades and invested in a new set of components that are perfect for midrange cruising.
With this setup, I'm achieving flight times ranging from 7 to 8 minutes at moderate speeds with a 1500mAh Lipo, all while carrying the Insta360 Go 2 camera. The Drone is very light, so a bigger lipo or a 18650 Pack should be no Problem at all and bump up the flight times.
Edit: 12 min on a 18650 3s Lipo
I'm still in the process of testing the range I can reach with the internal 600mW VTX, so stay tuned for those results.
