This build is made on a base of a cheap 25$ eachine x220hv frame.

I chose this frame because it is a very thin frame, which is very aesthetic and allows for a touch of originality.

The assembly requires quite a bit of engineering because there is very little space to stack the different components.
I placed the CROSSFIRE nano RX module between the VTX WalkSnails and the bottom plate, therefore, there is access to the Bind button of the Nano RX from below the plate.

For the back, i designed a small TPU part to accommodate the double antenna, as well as the crossfire module.

As for the capacitor, there was little room at the front to be able to put it between the stack and the camera, so I positioned it flush with the XR60. that does the trick. This is the capacitor supplied with the xRotor F7 stack (680uf), to see if I would change it for one of 1000 uF.

I keeped the original straps found with the frame. they looked cheep but evething is ok for Flatgrass Freestyle :)

Hope you will enjoy my Ultra Barbie Drone !

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
