Rebuilt most things except the motors and camera those survived.

Replaced the original AIO with a JHEMCU GHF411AIO-HD. Pretty cheap off aliexpress and also is thicker so this one shouldnt break on me. Replaced with a whoop antenna. Bought a pile of those and they work great. The EP2 RX, I've had 3 ceramic antennas break on me now. I ended up just soldering on a small wire to the pad instead and it works just as good. I stopped replacing it. Shortened power cable a bit as well.
