The total weight of the drone is 140 grams without the battery and 290 grams with the battery installed. Currently, the hover current is approximately 6 amps at 11.1 volts when using a 3s battery. The max current draw is 12amps under full throttle. Flight times exceed 15 minutes with a homemade 3s battery using Panasonic NCR18650GA 3450mAh 10A batteries. However, voltage sag is significant due to the low maximum current of these batteries. To improve performance, I new batteries using Molicel P28A 18650 2800mAh 35A batteries, which offer over 3 times the maximum current draw. Each of these 3s batteries weighs 150 grams. With these improvements, I achieved a flight time of over 20 minutes, with improved performance. I also changed the antenna out for an mmcx antenna. This saved 5-10 grams as an mmcx to sma adapter and an sma antenna weigh 15 grams and an mmcx antenna weighs about 5 grams.
