I selected the ITSY frame by SPYDR Cinematics for my Walksnail Moonlight 4k cinematic build. It has a carbon fiber frame with a combination of flexible and rigid 3D prints to isolate the camera and VTX from motor vibrations.
I followed the recommended specs for the ITSY frame. I already use the same Flywoo motors in another build Nano Baby 2s Walksnail, so it will be convenient to keep a few extra motors around as backups. The recommended FC was out of stock, but I found a comparable F405 AIO from BetaFPV.
Total Weight: 113g
The first flight was smooth, no surprises but the battery drained fast. The ITSY is more than 2x the weight of my 2" 2s Meteor85 (51g) and flight time is impacted by the weight. The ITSY can drain a standard 2s 450mah LiPO battery in under 2 min. I'll test with LiHV batteries and update my results.
Flight Time:
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

Aesthetically pleasing, but can't help but think the frame almost looks big enough where you could accommodate 2" or even 2.5" props if they hadn't made the prop guards for ~1.6". Seems like at this weight you'd have a significantly more efficient quad on 2S even with bigger motors. Would love to see DVR of how it flies despite short flight times
It flies OK, but it would definitely benefit from larger props and motors. The way it is designed, they could replace/redesign 2 pieces of carbon fiber in the frame (the bottom layer and the prop guard layer) and keep the rest and it would accept larger props. 2" props would be ideal.
It's been windy this week, haven't had much time to fly but the dvr from the Walksnail Moonlight is really crisp and clear.
