I wanted to build a 3.5 inch with the moonlight kit for traveling and light freestyle. The Axis Flying Manta 3.6 stood out to me and I liked that it didnt have props in view so it was my frame of choice. The Walksnail Moonlight kit came out of my 5 inch frame and the Flywoo Goku F722 looks like a good stack for the price. I ended up getting the Brother Hobby King 2004 motors to try and replicate the Axis BNF version of the manta but have it as a 4s build instead of 6s like the BNF version to keep the weight down.

Frame assembly wasnt too bad and everything is well laid out and premium quality. Unfortunately I was too excited and ready to start the build and forgot to take a few pictures of the unboxing. The frame comes with a small LED chip that is inserted in the middle and a buzzer that goes in the front behind the cammera.  Getting everything to fit was quite challenging due to the size of the Moonlight kit and running the battery lead to the rear. I am not a fan of having the battery lead freely moving around in the back or the middle like the BNF version because Ive had a few of the wires get nicked on the carbon fiber frame exposing the wires. I used a volador tpu file and modified it to include dual antenna mounting as well as a XT60 and the post spacing was just right to put on the Manta frame. Hope you guys enjoy.
