3.5 INCH reaper feels like a 5 inch

always wanted to build a 3.5 inches fpv drone, got this 2nd hand frame, i was thinking about the volador 3.5 but i had to wait for it to arrive and was out of stock.

motors: Xing 2205 3200kv (the ones from the bumblebee)
