Musical drones is a constant for me. I decided to run 1506 motors on my 2.5in cinewhoops, so all of a sudden I had a bunch of 1404 motors. These motors were fantastic on the 3in MLR build, and with 03 video looking so good everything just started making too much sense. I found the PickleWisp frame while looking at the Probr for my 3.5in build and liked the simplicity of the frame.

Built with a stripped down 03 air unit and camera did complicate the build slightly. installing the 03 on the top plate is a challenge, and the original mount for the antenna didnt quite work with the flying fish antenna. I still want to design and print a new antenna mount, but for now this is working. The front print is also on the to redraw list as the original mount design is intended for a fully clothed 03 camera. The spacing and mount height is just different. I also want to integrate a mini-mortal T mount into the front bumper-camera mount.

Currently chasing down trilling-vibrating-fluttering issues. First flight the cap solder popped and the 25mm standoffs I used were too skinny so all the printed parts rattled. Second flight with secured cap and thicker standoffs still had camera vibrations, which were fixed by tightening the flywoo camera adapter to the 03 camera, as well as the camera in the frame mount. The issues observed in the video are now I believe down to tune and prop selection issues. Will update when resolved.
