This started as a FlyLens85 O3 Lite that weighs about 76g and today it was converted to an O4 (68g). When comparing the Naked O3 (23.9g) to the O4 (8.6g), there is a 15.3g weight difference. But I only saved only 8g because of my extra 3D printed parts.
Camera Mount
Like always, there is no reason to reinvent the wheel, so I remixed an existing camera mount that was designed for a BetaFPV Pavo20. In addition to trimming, resizing and adjusting the mount holes, I also added a recessed hole to add a m2 nut. Keep in mind, I started off with a naked/lite version of the Flylens85, so the camera cage is the smaller version and not the one that can fit the full size O3 camera.
VTX Mount
I was hoping the existing air unit cage would work but it was too tall and the wire harness from the FC to the air unit could not reach. The 3D printed air unit mounts I found online were also a bit taller than what I wanted too. That is why I remixed it to size that worked best for my setup. I might have made it a tad too short because I need to trim the prop guards a little it so I can access the USB port for the air unit.
Battery Mount
One of the main reasons why I do NOT fly this drone much is because of the battery mount and NO you do not need to use this when converting to an O4. This was something that I always wanted to do but have not. I have 3 different size lipos and I do not always carry the different size mounts with me. So, there have been a few occasions where I was not able to fly because I did not have the correct mount. I was not able to use the 3D printed file that I fount online because it need to use the mounting hole at the rear of the quad, which I already have the ELRS and VTX antenna mounted to. That is why I had to remix the file to use different mount points. Now, with the velcro battery strap, I can use all the different size lipos with out any issues (550mah, 720mah, and 1000mah).

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..
