Bought the frame naked as well as an Iflight AOS 7’ I decided to strip the parts off of for the apex. the 03 air unit mount came with the frame, i cant find it anywhere online to buy or print, but it was the color blue so I stuck with it for the rest of the TPU as well as the motors. This was the older apex frame but converted with different camera plates to fit the 03 camera. On beta flight I went with the only preset tune specifically made for the Impulse RC 5’ apex (5’ impulse RC apex freestyle) and its actually amazing. It’s by far the smoothest flying drone I got so far, and is now my go to drift car chaser. Only thing I’ve been testing is the props because unfortunately it only gets around a 5–5 ½ minute flight time. But besides that, and me being old school preferring the older DJI air units, this thing has just came out to be one of my favorite drones.
