This frame has been my favourite wee freestyler for the last year or so, nice and quiet and less intrusive than a 5inch at the local parks. It's cheap and comes with plenty of spare parts too. I did try a quadmula 3.5 Split build (same specs as my Voladore 03 build) and fly them back to back, I ended up liking the voladore better and sold the quadmula frame.
I found the voladore more snappy, it has far better camera protection, and also has stack mounting for both 20x20 and 35.5mm AIO etc.
The 04 build is:
Voladore 3.5 frame (04 version)
Flywoo gn745 AIO
DJI 04 Pro air unit
TBS Crossfire Nano Rx
Tmotor 1604 3800kv
Gemfan 3630 (3.6 inch props)
Lost model beeper
The 3.6inch gemfans are great on my 03 Voladore with 1804s, great power to weight, very quiet, and great throttle resolution.
Getting 4.5mins flight time doing hard freestyle with the 850mah HV GNB 4s packs.
I haven't tested the 04 version yet with the 1604s. I have tested the 1604s on the voladore 3.5 03 before and found they didnt have enough power for me, I cant remember if I tried 3.6inch props with them yet though.
I only.put them on this build because they are almost new and i had them lying around, I plan to use 1804 rcinpower motors on it in the future.
You'll notice I didnt use the front standoffs either, this is so I can both save a little weight and fit the lost model beeper in the gap behind the fpv cam. I haven't had any issues not using the standoffs on the 03 version, the only things that have broken on that build have been a few arms. Otherwise its a great wee basher and the 3630 gemfans hold up really well for bashing around too!
One big tip for a durable build is to soft mount the dji 03/04 transmitter. I use the black 3m mount extreme double sided tape (two layers cause its quite thin), and then a single cable tie just in case. The tape is really strong (30lbs), but I use the cable tie as a backup in case of a really hard crash to avoid it coming out of the frame and damaging the ufls.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
