This is my attempt in building the lightest 4" racer.
Scale says 150g exactly including props, no battery. Im not too happy with the CMOS camera, FOV and lightning is somewhat different from Sony Super HAD cams, Im used to. Its not bad, but its not great either. The real issue is the receiver: PPM instead of SBUS - since Im used to low-latency SBUS connection, PPM is almost unflyable for me. I will definately upgrade to a XSR unit once its available.
Flying this machine feels awesome. Its like the gravity has been turned off. Its extreme agile and also really fast, if you dare (...on PPM). Due to the low weight, it almost doesnt drift in sharp turns. It just stays on track like its on rails.
Its also very capable, I even think about mounting a Mobius or Foxeer on top. But first, its time for SBUS.

With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
