Latest build is courtesy of a really hard crash on the Canis M5 V1. Direct hit on 3/4" PVC broke the roll cage a bit but with Flynocerous' lifetime warranty, no issue! I sent in the old dog and 1 week later I had the Canis M5 Version 3 in hand and wow, what a difference a year makes. The new V3 is a true X frame, slightly bigger with the updated wide roll cage, and takes the same hoods as the Cerberus. I had been itching to print off the mohawk hood in green and this was the perfect opportunity. Oh and did I mention this frame came with beautiful chamfers on the edges?? No more sanding on these :)
I painted and sealed the edges of the carbon like I usually do and threw most of the old parts back on the frame. This time I went with a Revolt to run Raceflight 1 since all my other builds have switched over to Revolts. Hovers smooth in the yard and hoping to run some packs through it soon!
