MRM Stretch Reaper

I had been looking for minimal, rigid, stretched x frame. The Reaper, with it's 5 mm, narrow arms design and simple pod fitted the bill. I really like the 3D printed options available and so far I have the VTX and antenna mount. The antenna itself will be switched to a pagoda in the very near future. I already had the FC and ESC from a previous build and wanted some powerful motors. I decided to go with the 2306's. I thought it would make sense to make the most of their colour scheme and therefore decided to paint the frame edges white.
It's pretty tight space to fit everything, but It all fits in there. The FC is soft-mounted. I had to resort to install the cap on two wires as it was the only way to secure it. It fit nicely behind the camera. I also had to modify the camera and piggy osd in order to have enough camera angle. I removed the back plate of the camera, made two spacers and fitted the osd flush with the camera housing. Without battery, the quad weighs 339g.

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
