First, I am VERY excited to get to mark this as COMPLETE after nearly a month of screw ups and mishaps. With that said, let me note some things about this build:
1) No you cannot purchase purple. I am very lucky to be so close with the owner of Rotorious that I can wear "the purp" (my favorite color, coincidentally).
2) These are not the ESCs I used. They were sent by a friend, slightly used and I cannot find a link. However, ideally I would use a 4-in-1 as originally planned or Emax Bullet ESCs.
3) My Lemon seems to have been DOA. Goes into bind mode but will not bind. If this happens, swap it out with another one to confirm.
4) The Piko clone is not the greatest FC ever. The sat port fell off, so make sure to check yours, and in the process of fixing that a pad for the ESC signal fell off. This led me to discover while remapping ESC 1 to ESC 6 that ESCs 5 and 6 swapped on this board despite their labeling, so please take note of this.
5) Don't plug in a Piko BLX reverse polarity.
6) The Imperial March is the best startup tone hands down.
That's about it. I need to tune this sucker and hopefully fly very soon (weather/school permitting), and there will be some RIP-ping DVR very soon on my YouTube and AirVuz, seen below. Also, when I hit 500 IG followers I have a giveaway planned so check that out too!

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
