Would the AIO FC have fit in with the battery connection at the rear, like the standard GT2? The Newer F4 V5 looks a little shorter and might make for a neater fit, but it looks ace!

I like the newer F4 v5. But the antenna connector sticking out and this frame has limited space. Honestly, best way to do is sideways and direct solder the XT60 to the FC. I messed it up, so I couldnt go back to that. You could also run XT60 to the back, but you may need to adjust your motor wiring accordingly. THis way, I did not have to change any motor output in betaflight. YOu might be better of with HGLRC v2.2 without VTX. Gearbest has it for $22(plus has 18% 1 time use discount code) and use HGLR GX226 VTX or Eachine VTX03. Definitelly good frame, but I actually liked the Villain Crusader more. It has 5mm thick arms, slightly better spacing, $37 cheaper($28 on aliexpress, buy the one with red screws.), 15gram lighter, only con is no aliminum battery plate or top plates.

Yeah the antenna sticking up isn't the best! Good call on the v2.2, haven't seen an AIO this cheap elsewhere.. looks like it'd make for some near wiring too to match the slick frames. I don't like the look of the Villain housing, but it's gotten some decent reviews.. definitely worth a thought at the price!
Cheers

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
