This was my first build I started December 2015. I recently built a new Armattan Chameleon and was trying to decide if I should keep or sell this one. I struggled to even want to fly the this anymore after I realized how poor the CG was on it.

I got the idea to fix the CG from how the Chameleon was build. I spent $10 to make this mod. I bought 20mm stand offs and a new carbon top plate (listed below). A little time spend mocking this up to make sure I would have space for a 1500mah battery. With 1300mah battery the cg is slightly weighted to the back as it stands now. A note here the banggood standoffs were terrible. The threads were not tapped properly.

The other upgrade was to replace the props to use DAL 3 Blade 5045C vs DAL 2 blade 5045 bullnose.

In the end I have decided to keep the quad. The performance of the quad now is night and day better than the stock setup I had.

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
