I wanted to try this new frame from Israel, looking at the frame design seemed to be well designed and to my surprise the frame is quite stiff even with the thin arms design which I like, I haven't crashed this frame enough to see how its going to hold up but my main objective was low end power mostly for freestyle and as my backup racer, not durability. (the arms are surprisingly easy to change so that's a big plus).
Basically my objective was to build a really light weight frame and load it up with some big/powerful motors so I decided to go with the T-motor F40's at 2400kv and Im really happy with the performance, the motors are really powerful, this quad is a rocket and the yaw authority is superb. Even with the quite heavy motors I still managed to get this to stay under 300 grams (291.3 grams).
Given the small design of the frame I had to do a custom antenna which ended up saving me half the weight :)
Overall Im quite happy with this frame, Ill have to wait for a few crashes and see how it holds up.
Everything has a layer of Silicon Conformal Coating as usual and the edges of the carbon has been filed, CA has been added to prevent de-lamination of the carbon fiber in crashes.
