This is an Armattan Japalura 3" inch. It's my second 3 inch quad. My goal was to build it light. This is a heavy frame when compared to other more minimalist 3 inch frames. In order to keep it light I was careful with my parts selection. All in all, I was able to get the weight without battery to be 190g. That's 290g AUW with a 799mah Piro Graphene pack. Ideally, a 3 inch quad should be around 160 to 165g without a battery, but like I said, this is a bit of a heavy frame. That said, I've seen plenty of Japaluras in the 215g to 220g range, so I think I did pretty well.

It flies amazingly well. Even though it's so small it does have that have that "KISS" feel and I love it. The KISS CC AIO was the right choice for it. It feels slightly underpowered when compared to my 4 inch or 5 inch builds, but not enough to be a hindrance. It does make up for it in fun factor.
