Micro build #2 ... Going for 3S!
Found a 20x20 tower for el cheapo - taking a gamble. the 4-in-1 ESC board has TWO standoffs?!! how in the world.... must dig into creative juices here
Motors are 4000kv so may need more prop than the 2435 4 blades....let's see how it flies first...alternatively the KT100 can actually fit 3 inch props if the top deck isn't used so I'm in the middle of sourcing a 3D printed AIO mount that sits on top of a 20x20mm square.
Delays Motor 1 ESC isn't working. No response when I throttle up on betaflight console. All other motors are fine. Checked soldering, swapped motors. I guess this wasn't tested property at the factory when it was sent out. The ESC is talking to the BLHeli dashboard which is even able to flash the firmware on it. I've given up trying to get it to work and just waiting on the ebay seller give me direction on what to do next
Update got refunded for the stack - ghetto but I've put in a racerstar 8a on one of the arms. I've also gone the 2.5" route with a micro swift in the original pod - she's ready to maiden!
Done! Final product sure did morph all over the place but turned out to be quite a bird in the end. The micro runcam is now in with a total weight of 50g before battery. Getting 11+ minutes of runtime out of 450mah 3S is just nuts. I have take some hovering breaths due to brain sag. Even after a ripping run and the the motor and battery comes down cool!!
Update 2017/14/08 This thing runs 4S - and still with cool motors. OMG is it a blast. 450mah 4s 75c Tattus - about 5 min of non-blinking heart thumping flight. Its my goto quad now... as it flies anywhere because it's so small yet deceivingly rips!! AUW is 118g with the 4s!

How was the first flight?
rubbish. 2535 are way underpropped for a 4000kv even on 3s
my plan to remedy this:
-lighten the whole craft by removing the pod
-ordered a 20x20 stack mount for the micro swift
-this will allow me to run 3" props
-8a esc that replaced motor 1 was suffering so will replace all the ESC's with a 12a 4in1
changed out ESC to 12a 4in1 and removed pod and temporarily have an AIO while waiting for micro swift mount
AUW 100gram including 450mah 3s battery!! She flies wonderfully now
