***Update 6/20/17 - The DYS F4 Flight Controller decided to failsafe. It literally stopped communicating with the FrSky XSR receiver. Plugged the same receiver in another quad, and it works just fine. Plugged another known working receiver onto the DYS F4 Flight Controller and no response... :(
I guess I'll be going back to my trusted Flight Controller.... Furious FPV Radiance...
***Update 6/17/2017 - Fell in love with the PyroDrone HyperBaby, got to try out the bigger brother...
How do you like this frame? Does it fly well, or do you wish you had gotten something else?
I personally like the frame, it flies really well, especially with a GoPro or HD camera mounted on top. You are, however, limited in space and would recommend using an AIO, like the Betaflight F3 flight controller to have all the cool features.
Honestly, it was a toss up between this and the HyperLite SS. What made me decide to go with this, is the fact an HD camera mounts low due to the slanted top plate.
Cheers!
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

How is your EVO holding up? I like mine, but the ramp section (which is why i wanted the EVO so i could strap on my Runcam2 HD cam) frequently busts off... :/ Also recently i cracked my rear arm slightly hitting a light post (havent gotten a replacement yet)
The EVO is holding up pretty well. I actually took off the ramp section just because it kept popping off. I decided to use a TPU printed GoPro mount from Brain3d: https://www.brain3d.co/collections/gopro-mounts-gopro-protection/products/hyperlite-evo-hd-gopro-session-mount
I'm sure they can print one for your RunCam2 HD.
Also, I did manage to break an arm. That was from a failsafe while over 100ft in the air. :( Are you running 3mm or 4mm arms? I use 4mm, don't really care to save weight.
Lately, I've been flying mainly freestyle and using my Shendrones Tweaker 5" setup as I now prefer top mounted batteries. I'm actually waiting for the MultiGP HD Top Plate to use on the EVO so I can try a top mounted battery with a GoPro. Don't know if it will work, cause the VTX antenna mount will hit the battery as it has to be mounted sideways to fit on the top plate with a GoPro. We'll see! :)
