First racer build, I want something not too expensive. I've ordered the parts on Banggood, I'll assemble the quad whem they arrive. I changed the frame (previously I selected a Realacc X210+ but I prefer the form factor of the Martian) and opted for a DYS AIO FC (my first choice, a Matec F405 + FCHUB-6s was out of stock on BG). Right on! I have a built Martian 220 almost identically built to your planned specs, you should check it out if you haven't already done so.
It is a great flying quad. I have a more expensive Martian setup and honestly this one is just as fun!
My only recommendation is that you can ditch the pdb as the DYS f4 is all in one. Maybe spend the extra bucks and get the racer star 30a v2 escs, I think they are a big reason why my quad is very smooth flying with no electrical noise.
