Slightly heavy but good aerodynamics and powerful motors more than make up for it. 2-4 minute flight times flying acro. Hauls ass! This frame can take a significant beating, I've put it through the wringer as far as crashes go.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. Nice looking build! How tight is it under the canopy when using the TBS Mounting Board? It sounds like a nice way to keep things clean.
Pretty tight. The canopy just pops over the nuts on top of the stack and there isnt any wiggle room. you could always trim the inside of the canopy a bit to help it fit better. You could probably make the stack a little shorter too. My XSR is between my 4in1 esc and my FC. Put that on top of the unify and lower the stack and it would probably have a tad more room
My build is basically the same as Mike's from Flightclub on youtube but I use the Kiss FC. I just added short nylon standoffs after the kiss fc, then unify mounting board, then nylon nuts
Good deal! I watched his video last night and was impressed with how it all went together. Thanks...
