Looks like quite a budget build. Where does one buy the frame?

Yep, I tried to build the most basic and inexpensive setup I could. Really the motors are what makes this "cheap". The ESCs are actually really high quality, with some of the largest fets on any currently available ESC. Its just that XRotor doesn't try to empty the pockets of their customers.
