This is my first build. The currently UAW is 271g with the Dinogy 3S 1000mAh and 254g with a ZOP 4S 750mAh(175g without battery), but there is on the way some lighter components and with the ZOP battery i can go under 250g.
I had the frist flight, and everything worked good, and I really love it, because it is fast and agile. The currently flight time with the dinogy battery is about 7min. I think this is quite good.
In the next day I start improve my skills with this drone.
Esit1: I started to improve the robustness, therefore I changed the antenna positions.
Edit2: I upgraded with a pagoda antenna and now the weight without battery is 191g.
Edit3: Changed the receiver from X6B to FS82 and FPV antenna to a micro dipole, and therefore the weight is 173 without battery.
Edit4: Changed the FPV antenna to a small pagoda. The weight without battery is now 187g. I think, this is the final buildup.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

Do you know the weight of the aluminium top part (the canopy) with its screws and standoffs? Without the carbon base frame. Thanks!
