Goal was to build a cheap 5" racer that could handle the 5S batteries which I bought on sale. The pod and battery landing skid /launchpad were 3D printed by a friend out of TPU and they protect the electronics really well in wet grass, sand and hard impacts in case of unscheduled landings.

do you think its safe to run 4s rated batteries on 5s?
this build flies just as well on 4S.
It's the ESC's and FC that needed to support the higher voltage, less is never a problem ;)
