my rebuild of a 4s 3" micro with a runcam split. Moving from an Deadcat to an X frame with a Pod.
The electronics are also moving from 30x30mm to 20x20mm
doing something creative with the 30x30mm split board - stay tuned!
Update 18 August 2017 Pod was printed with nylon but the filament had picked up water and wasn't dried out properly so the lines are super apparent... kind of looks like wood! Split board sits on the bottom, then a 30mm to 20mm adapter... then a 4in1 esc & finally the flight controller. Using and XSR and there is still more space inside the pod! 221g AUW is almost 30grams less than the previous build! Can't wait to maiden!
Update 24 August 2017 a moment of silence for a downed craft....she's been lost to the unforgiving pacific ocean on the night of a beautiful sunset. User error to blame... so sad as she was at her best iteration :(
