Martian II starter
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

this is pretty buch the same build im going with is it any good?
I would go with different motors or go with the 2300kv version maybe they are better. these motors started having bearing issues very quickly.. I would recommend some emax 2205 2300kv motors over these which is what I replaced these with. I also would go with a different camera are you doing 4:3 or 16:9 and I can recommend a cheap nicer camera that will work well
im new to building and flying drones this will be my first one that i am building. i have a friend that is going to help me build it and get it set up but this is what i went with. let me know what you think! ill take all the help and info i can get lol

what kind of batterys do i want to use for this ^^^???
sorry took so long for me to get back to you i would go with a 1300mah or 1500mah 4s or 3s instead of those racerstar motors i would give the rcx rs2206 a try you can find them on myrcmart and possibly other places they look to have good bearings and magnets for the price and are highly recommended at the price point. They look a lot better to me over the racerstar. That camera looks ok from what i can tell.
Yeah no problem man I understand life happens! Haha I already have the parts in the mail. But this is my first drone so hopefully there not to bad. But once I learn how to fly and everything I'll upgrade to the Rcx rs2206. Thanks for the info man I'll let you know if everything works!
make sure you get plenty of simulator time in it definitely helps you get the feel before you go for it. Also make sure you test everything in betaflight with props off and be very careful. Make sure you test the orientation of the drone by leaning it and making sure the visual on the screen in betaflight leans the same way you are tipping the drone.
