Made some upgrades. Got a RDQ mach 1 vtx since there old cheapy one stomped all over the band flying in a group, and a Pagoda antenna to go with it. But couldn't get much camera angle out of the zmr, so got a frame in a trade. Was a bit tighter build, so de pinned the ia6b, and had to get a more modern cam, and opted for the caddx.

Upgraded yet again - got emax 2306 2750kv motors on sale. Even though they're pretty much the same size and kv as the racer stars I had, they fly much, much better. I'm stunned at the difference, mostly in the low end when changing direction or stopping a dive. Definitely a bit more about hungry though.

Rebuilt with a new frame after a crash, but didn't change frames. Moved the rx antennas to the arm to try and squeeze the battery and go pro on top together. Didn't work! I just strap the go pro on top of the battery. Ha ha

With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
