This was a build following UAVFutures upgraded budget build. After a quick crash, did some made some important antenna changes.
First build.
Great! Could you let me know where did you put the 18awg ESC leads to the PDB?
The 4in1 ESC goes directly up to where the PDB XT60 is mounted. I would not suggest mounting your XT60 to your PDB in your build. If you can, have a wire going from the PDB to the XT60, because if my battery ejects a lot of stuff will be broken. Here is a link to a pic, Sorry its crap focus. https://imgur.com/a/zDklB
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

How’s the micro osd vtx workong our for ya? What pins did you connect it to?
so i have it connected to uart2 with, tx to rx and rx to tx. and i have the camera directly connected to the vtx. it was working great, but recently for some reason it takes 1 minute or so for the camera to actually send signal. Not sure if its the camera or the vtx not giving enough power to the camera.
Powered through 5v and ground?
Correct. I think the VTX is going bad, it is definitely not a Innova, some Knock-Off. I just rebuilt the quad with a JB board and the camera is running great.
