Falcon Multirotors Splitshark 3" build. I wanted to do a quiet lightweight park flyer but also wanted HD video and this hit all those marks. I only have a handful of packs on it but I am really pleased with how this turned out.

Where is the file for this axii mount?

I'm looking to do a similar build with the RunCam Split 2. Do you have some sort of adapter plate between your RunCam board and the FC? Noticed the mounting pattern is different. Thanks!

cool ! i want to make a smaller and quieter build, did it end up being quiet ?

how is the video ? do the propellers show in frame ? i wonder if there is a way to avoid this

It ended up being super quiet so I couldn't be happier. I definely feel like I could take it most places and not cause issues. I really like the video quality coming out of the split. If I had to compare it directly to a GoPro I think the GoPro would win but for the form factor I am not going to complain. The props do show up a little bit at the bottom. I haven't edited a video yet but if 1 of the local guys put together a video from the other day. If you jump to 1:10 on this video you can see my split footage. There is only like 20 seconds of footage but it gives you a little idea. If I bumped the camera angle up I could probably get rid of most of the prop from the field of video or crop the video and cut them out.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
