I've taken this little guy out 2.6km and back, and was home on 600mAh, in a 1Ah pack, so I definitely haven't found its limits yet. These rotorx motors and props are amazing -- tons of power with very little weight.

Amazing work man. Did you design that 3d printed canopy yourself? If so, was that to be able to fit the Runcam Split? I'm looking at trying to do something similar, except I'm using the 2-in-1 ESC boards with 1407 motors.
Nope, that is a shapeways print of alderboy's runcam swift mini canopy. I had to do a lot of work with a hot soldering iron and a hobbyknife to get it into shape to fit over the split board, but it works pretty well. Now that the split mini is out, though, you can do something very similar to this using the stock canopy and a split mini. If I were starting over, I'd go that route.
