Hello! I apologize for the un-creative name, but here is my build. I got the VTx, ESCs, and camera at Flitefest, and the rest online.
This quad has tons of power, and it's also pretty durable. This frame makes for an easy, clean build, and I like how the Pololu is integrated into the PDB.
The without props, camera or battery is 355g. With the battery and props, it's ~520g. All together, Xiaomi Yi, battery, and props, it's 591g.
Thanks for reading!
What do you use to hold the battery in place ? Is it foam or velcro ?
It's one of those slightly rubbery Lumenier battery straps and a strip of the included foam under the battery. It works great! I'll add them to the list
I think my question was not clear enough, my question was not about the strap, but about the rectangular black thing stuck on the frame below the battery.
Ah sorry, that is a strip of ~4mm foam with adhesive on the back that comes with the QAV-R frame, and also came with my QAV-250. Actually I just found it here: http://www.getfpv.com/anti-vibration-neoprene-strip-w-sticker.html
