awesome build! What kind of bit are you using to drill out those props?
I have those motors / esc's in the mail - glad to see they tolerate the LiHV battery!
Any flight videos?
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

How's this guy holding up? I just wonder if there's a long term place for a 2S build in my fleet. Do you still fly it?
well its winter time in northern Vermont, and I have had a couple feet of snow in my yard since november...
I flew it tons when I built it up, and I plan to fly it tons once the snow is gone. It been fairly durable as I new but progressing pilot.
FYI IMO its to fast for inside a house but in a larger indoor area it would be fine.
So maybe ideal for a small back yard? Have you tried 3S or is 2S plenty powerful?
I think 2s is ideal on this....
If you wanted more power 1104 or 1005 are an option I picked 1103 so it wouldnt die so hard in crashes.
2s 1103 is plenty fun.
That looks like a ton of fun! You've got an awesome flying setting there.
