When Jumper released the T8SG V2 Plus the module bay peaked a lot of interest. Before that point FrSky had cornerned the market on radios with module support. The obvious question was, does it support Crossfire? Unfortunately, at the time, it was not fully supported. As a response Jumper developed the T12 which is an OpenTX radio featuring the same multi-protocol module of it's predecesors. The T12 Plus is an upgraded version of the T12 which features hall sensor gimbals like the T8SG Plus.

Features

  • Hall sensor gimbals
  • 2.4ghz Multi-Protocol Module
  • 128x64, 1.7-inch LCD display
  • Vibration and Audio
  • Compact design
  • Module bay

Build Quality

The build quality is nearly identical to the T8SG Plus. The primary difference being the black matte finish. The plastic is of decent quality, but it doesn't necessarily feel premium. There are no rubber grips on the back, so the entire unit has the same plastic feel to it. The gimbals are great and have a nice feel to them. This is one thing Jumper does fairly well. The switches are all a good length and feel snappy and responsive. The buttons wiggle quite a bit, but they do have a satisfying click when pressed.

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
