Went for a lightweight indoor/backyard quad (130g w/ battery). This might be happier in bigger spaces too. It is happy with 3S using a different tuning, but with how light these 500mAh 2S batteries are, it still rips.

I've never seen a 2S Falcon 130, interesting choice. Is it tame enough to fly a large indoor area?

It's pretty tame if you're calmer with the sticks, so it would work in a larger indoor area nicely. My house has smaller rooms and hallways, so it only kind of works indoors (the whoop works a lot better), but probably would work nicely if it was a ducted frame like the Butters or something. I was planning on doing 3S, but bought a 2S battery at first just to test how it flew. It responded so well I bought another and tuned it for it.

Yeah, that interesting. Most of what I see now in the 120-130 size are 3" with 4S! Insanely fast, but way too much for indoors... at least a house anyway :)

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
