My first Armattan Tadpole build.
I ordered 2 frames the same minute they came available. Chris from Armattan confirmed that I was the first in the world to buy these :D
This frame seems so nice and all reviews have been really positive. Let's see how it flies...
Painted the aluminium parts metallic blue to add some own touch. There are not so much to do to keep the weight as low as possible.
AUW is now 112g with Tattu 3S 450mah lipo.
I designed a light weight arm protectors/motor soft mounts. There tiny parts weight only about 0,5g. You can find the protectors from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4036637

What size scews did you use to mount the Caddex? Seems like the extra 5mm ones that came with the tadpole frame are a little short.
do you think 1105 would be to much?

nice nice!! ordered all the components yesterday. going for a iflight 3pc stack. with flywoo 1103 motors. now just wait till stores in europe getting the frame in stock so i can start the build in 2 or 3 weeks. what a cool micro!! Â the frame is abit heavy for a toothpick build. but with 3s 450 it will rip! hope it will be more durable then the tinyhawk freestyle!
Lot more room than i thought there would be above this stack, Im still waiting on parts for pretty much the exact same build, althoug i also have an HGLRC FD413 nano stack on the way, not sure if ill use that if it comes before the Mamba F411
nice build. awsome frame. do you know the maximum height of the frame above the stack drillholes? i want to know if it would fit a 17mm 3pc stack.

Wow, that's dedication being the first buyer! The blue accents look great. At 112g, it's impressively light. Those arm protectors are a fantastic addition and a must-have; thanks for sharing the link! I have a question: Can you tell if your skill set in building this will help in solving Wordle Unlimited better? I wonder if this new frame helps with faster flying, so I can take videos more efficiently!
