Rehashing the twiglet / newbeedrone beebrain brushless 1s 3" build again.

The lovely 1.5mm thick KwadKarl Twiglet frame is holding up great.
The goober canopy is awesome and seems indestructible.

Mainly changed the skystars 1103 11,000kv out for the Kabab 1202.5 11,500kv.
Let's see how it goes, looking forward to the maiden.

BTW, forgot how painful it was to solder the newbeedrone beebrain brushless board...it is the prototype version so not sure if they added bigger pads but these werelike 1mm pads with half a mm between. I soldered them with an old nasty t100 tip too with no solder sponge. It was painful and just glad nothing smoked. Don't recommend it.

I've since done some more tuning and it's flying better, just need to get some DVR posted up

Cool! Clean and good looking kwad. I wanted to build a 1s toothpick, but both FC's i had and the camera as far as i know died.

yeah, these whoop FCs can be finicky. they are slowly getting more reliable though. build one. relatively cheaper than larger quads. batteries are cheaper. and much more crash resilient as they are so light

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
