As vacation time approaches, I throught it couldn't hurt to use the spare parts I had as backup for my 2" Zulu84 HD and just build a backup quad. Of course there is limited incentive to just build the same thing twice, so I scaled up the build to 2.5" props and I'm quite happy with the result. Flight time went up to 8+ minutes with the same 450mAh 2S batteries that were giving me ~5 minutes on the 2" Zulu84! The 8+ minutes are with biblade T65 HQ Props, while I'm at arouund 7.5 minutes with the pictured Emax Avan Rush. However, the T65 are quite a bit noisier and have less grip.

You can find the DXF for the frame on thingiverse.com and the 2" version Zulu84 HD here
The VTx is running OpenVTx and so far I am really happy with the range and performance. This is also my first quad running JESC with bidirectional DSHOT and RPM filtering in Betaflight 4.2. The FC (25A version - massive overhead) has built in 8MB storage for blackbox logs which should really help with fine tuning the flight performance.
Just to be clear, the 1102 motors are fairly overpropped with the Emax Avan Rush. Probably not suitable for prolonged gunning at 100% throttle - but for cinematic cruising and a bit of light freestyle they work just fine and keep the weight down - and the motors come down cool after an 8 minute flight. Probably will upgrade the motors to 1103 / 8000KV down the road, which should allow for great freestyle performance on 3S.
