2.5" is one of my favourite sizes too!

I'm using the Fyujon board here for a clean build. This is my second attempt at using this board. The vtx is openvtx based and on my first attempt I discovered openvtx will NOT work with Kiss, Emuflight, Silverware...basically anything that isn't betaflight. Openvtx says they implemented the latest version of smartaudio but not according to spec, they leave the VTX off until they receive a certain signal on the smartaudio line that only betaflight gives in their implementation. so the VTX will not turn on on any other platform. You can't use it in manual mode and the button on the VTX doesn't even do anything! The only option if you are really insistant is to reflash to a custom openvtx firmware build with a default mode on power up.

These are some test motors that I had sitting around, previously used in a lightweight 3 inch build It has Unibell and an awesome colour scheme.

This diatone mamba F411 aio 25a board is really old. It is beefy and near bullet proof. I ran this full tilt in a fpvcycle fouride with 2203 3450kv motors and 4" props. The only flaw is the voltage sensor is dead so osd will not show any voltage or warnings. My solution here is to just use the voltage sensor in the camera's osd. The foxeer toothless 2 nano fit the bill perfectly.

The 25.5x25.5 mounting on the frame requires a 45 degree rotation and then the motor wiring is not symmetrical if the FC is layed out whoop style. the boards look humongous on this little guy.
