AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

Nice build. Thought about stretch reaper and that pod for a long time. Wish the pod had better provision for TBS Unify VTX antenna/pigtail.
Why do you say it doesnt you can mount the unify on the electronics stack and run the pigtail to the sma holes in the back of the pod
Rather not have the unify on the stack as it would make me have to run higher standoffs. Would rather run unify on back part of the session mount area and have a recessed rectangle for the unify antenna pigtail so it fits in squarely. Not sure if there is enough room to run it like that as is, but not going to spend the money to buy the pod to find out. Wish I had someone around here that had one to mock it up to see if it would work.
The back of the pod has a zip tie slot to mount it to the pod and then just route the sma pig tsil to the sma holes right above. I mean hell im rumning a tm25 swutcher thats a massive vtx
