Trying something new, the 3B-R Racing Frame by the newcomer 3B Hobby. The frame/motor combination looks awesome! It features a KISS FC and ESCs.

VTx is mounted directly under the top plate, then comes the velcro strap for the HD cam and below it, there sits the Rx. The wiring VTx <-> cam is just about 2 cm long, pretty compact! That way, I can unmount the top plate and got just 3 cable strands coming down: VTx power, Rx, LED bar.

The LED bar's signal wire goes to the KISS FC's "RGB LED Out" port on the side. Seems to work! Also, the buzzer in the LED bar is doing its job.

AUW (as shown) is around 515 g.

I'm building mine too. Looks to be a high quality frame, should be nice and light. Beautifully packaged.
Some disappointments have been no response from BBB after emailing them twice, and no instructions and parts list
telling you what screws to use where etc, there is a bit on the website but it's vague if you ask me.
I'm still looking forward to getting this quad built and flying it.
After trial fitting things I don't think I'll be using the motor protectors or the extra top plate for the VTX antenna. Can anyone foresee
any problems with that scenario?
Cheers, happy flying.

Hi! I totally agree: beautiful packaging and parts - and the instructions are minimalist (and the photos on their website are too small to see the details). But in the end, I managed to assemble it without any problems. Leaving out the motor guards and the VTX plate will save you some precious weight, for sure. I mounted the guards nevertheless and came out with an AUW of 510 grams.

Hi mate, I've completed my build now, really, really like this quad!! My total weight minus battery is 329g.
I'm using Cobra 2206 2400kv motors and 30 amp V2 RaceStar ESC's, BetaFlight F3 FC. I didn't use the motor
protectors or the antenna plate. I'm a really bad FPV pilot lol but flew around LOS, and wow this thing is a rocket!!
It is actually beyond my flying skills at the present moment.
Enjoy the BBB 3B-r mate, and BBB if your out there please be more interactive with your product and show some
customer support.
Happy flying everyone.

do you already have it in your hands? I am toying with the idea of getting this one as well.

Excellent... I'm still testing the new build status feature, so I just want to make sure builds are getting put into the right place :)

Buy it for $99 with coupon EV100 on the EV100 at Banggood The much anticipated Eachine EV100 headset has finally arrived! Opinions have been quite polarized and unless you've never flown FPV before you're likely to find fault in the field of view (FOV). I've tried a number of headsets and have to admit that I've been spoiled by the FatShark HD2 and HD3 goggles. That being said this is nowhere near that price bracket, so I'd like to compare the EV100 to a few headsets around the same price. Keep in mind that these cost $100 when they were released, so the current $159 price is likely to come down. EV100 vs the Competition I've been a long supporter of the Eachine EV800. It's a great headset for the price (~$55). Feature for feature it's the most comparable headset to the EV100. Both keep reading..
